Horeca Manager Schiphol

• Minimum MBO level 4, preferably in Hospitality
• At least 5 years of catering experience, of which at least 3 years in a leadership position
• Experience with coaching, motivating, and developing teams
• A guest-oriented attitude and a sharp eye for quality
• Commercial insight and a sense of responsibility
• The ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment
• A hands-on mentality and exemplary behavior on the work floor

• An excellent salary from €3,350 to €4,248 per month (based on 38 hours, depending on experience)

Because you will be working at Schiphol, you need an airport pass. We will arrange this for you. To be eligible for this, you must have been continuously registered with a Dutch municipality for the past eight years.

After your application, a security screening of approximately four weeks follows. After that, you can start working behind customs.

As Horeca Manager, you have ultimate responsibility for one of our catering locations at Schiphol. Together with your team and the Assistant Horeca Manager, you ensure that everything runs smoothly. You are visibly present on the work floor, coach employees, and ensure that every guest feels welcome.

In addition to the daily operation, you are responsible for the commercial and financial performance of the location. You see opportunities, make improvements where necessary, and ensure that your team gets the best out of themselves every day.

• Monitoring financial results, budgets, and KPIs
