Senior SAP Test Engineer

As a Senior SAP Test Engineer, you have an expert role. In addition to performing testing activities, you advise the client as completely as possible on quality and the test strategy. You combine knowledge of business processes, interpersonal skills, and technical knowledge to make a difference for clients with complex SAP implementations or upgrades. You take ownership of the testing and coach your colleagues, both internally and externally. This also includes stakeholder management, where you can communicate at all levels and explain the importance of quality and testing.

You are proactive and can contribute to drafting a test strategy and test planning. You have experience with various tooling: test automation tools, AI, and SAP-specific tooling.

• A permanent contract of 32, 36, or 40 hours with a compensation budget up to €7,101.67 gross per month incl. holiday allowance and mobility allowance;

• You have (at least) HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level;
• You have experience (from 5 years) with testing SAP modules and using SAP-specific tooling;
• You have knowledge of test automation, can advise on a test automation strategy, and have a healthy interest in the use of AI;
• You are communicatively strong, good at stakeholder management at all levels, and can coach colleagues;
• You can work in Agile and waterfall, both independently and in a team;
• You have certification for TMAP or ISTQB (or are willing to obtain this).

Excellent command of the Dutch language is essential for this position. A C1 level is required, with B2 being the minimum acceptable proficiency level.
