As Senior Manager, you help leading Consumer Products & Retail organizations to become future-proof. You work on issues surrounding growth, sustainability, and digital transformation - with an eye for both results and the people who realize the change.

In this role, you combine strategy, execution, and relationship building: you don't just advise, you build sustainable client relationships and actively help shape new opportunities. You collaborate with stakeholders at various levels, including the C-suite, and ensure that ideas land in practice.

In this role:

• Guide organizations through strategic and operational transformations
• You work from your area of expertise (Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Digital Architecture or AI/Data)
• You manage (sub)programs and work together in multidisciplinary teams
• You are a trusted sparring partner for stakeholders, including C-level
• You actively build sustainable client relationships and a relevant network within the sector
• You identify and develop new commercial opportunities, together with colleagues
• You apply your experience in consultative selling to sharply define client questions and convert them into valuable solutions
