At Dataworkz, we make sure machine learning and AI truly work. In production. At scale. With impact.
You will join an environment where substance comes first. Where you work with people who understand what they are talking about. No endless meetings or political games, but building, improving, and getting better together at what you do.
We are a specialized consultancy firm in data and AI. We work on scalable data platforms, production-ready ML environments, and intelligent systems that actually matter. For clients such as Essent, Alliander, ABN AMRO, Rabobank, DHL, and KLM.
Small enough to know each other. Strong enough to make a real difference.
As an MLOps Engineer, you are the one who ensures that ideas do not get stuck in notebooks, but land in production.
You operate at the intersection of data science, ML engineering, and cloud. You build the foundation upon which AI solutions run and ensure that teams can rely on what they create.
You will be involved in:
building end-to-end ML platforms
setting up CI/CD for ML workloads
automating training, testing, and deployment
setting up monitoring and observability
building scalable cloud infrastructure
helping teams with tooling and standards
But at least as important: you help elevate the way of working around ML and AI.
People who work with us choose us consciously.
Not for a title. Not for hierarchy. But for substance, autonomy, and craftsmanship.
You will enter an environment where:
you are taken seriously for what you can do
you get the freedom to make technical choices
you collaborate with strong, equal colleagues
sharing knowledge is a matter of course
you can grow towards expert, architect, or tech lead
No corporate nonsense. But high standards.
You love technology. But not for the hype—for the building.
You want to understand how things work before you make them better. You get energy from complexity and from collaborating with people who are just as driven as you are.
You recognize yourself in this:
analytical and structured
technically strong and curious
independent, but seeks collaboration
pragmatic and result-oriented
communicatively skilled
