Junior Business Controller / Allround Finance Employee

• HBO working and thinking level, preferably in an administrative, financial, or business economics direction.
• Experience in an administrative position. Experience with Coupa is a plus.
• You are digitally skilled and quickly master new software and systems.
• Ability to work accurately and in a structured manner.
• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Numerical insight and affinity with administrative processes.
• Independent, but also well able to collaborate with colleagues and internal customers.
• Proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• Available at least 32 hours per week.

This is a varied position with different activities:

• Processing and checking incoming and outgoing invoices
• Supporting accounts receivable and accounts payable administration
• Processing financial mutations in the administrative systems
• You monitor the progress of daily financial processes and ensure that everything proceeds on time and correctly.
• You check reports and invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• You prepare weekly operational reports and discuss them with local management.
• You support the monthly reporting to the group, the annual budget, and the financial audit.
• You think along about process improvements and help to implement them in practice.
