Mechatronics Technician (Jongerius Hanco, Amersfoort)

Are you a technical doer with a passion for electrical engineering and mechanics? Then this position as a Mechatronics Technician at Jongerius Hanco is for you! As a member of our assembly team, you will work on the construction of custom-made packaging machines. Together with your team, you are responsible for both mechanical and electrical assembly, with an emphasis on mechanical tasks. After a thorough induction period, you will work independently on:

• Assembling machine parts and modules

• Wiring the machine and connecting electrotechnical components

• Installing and connecting control cabinets

• Testing and fine-tuning machine parts (PLC technology, pneumatics, motor drives)

You will work with technical drawings in SolidWorks and EPLAN and develop yourself into a specialist within our assembly team.

Jongerius Hanco BV is a leading manufacturer in the snack industry of, among other things, packaging machines, handling both the design and the production of these machines. Our advanced machines are responsible for the efficient packaging of various products in bags, primarily chips. Since June 2021, as Jongerius Hanco BV in Amersfoort (from June in Soest), we have been part of Blueprint Automation in Woerden (BPA). As a Mechatronics Technician at Blueprint Automation, you bring the following qualities:

• At least an MBO-3 diploma in the field of Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering;

• You have knowledge and/or interest in machine building, vehicle technology, or mechanical engineering installations;

• You want to develop yourself in reading technical drawings;

• You have a passion for technology and enjoy working (together) in a small team.
