Salary scaling in accordance with the retail non-food collective labor agreement (depending on experience);
150% paid on Sundays + 200% paid on public holidays

The role

What you'll do

As the market leader within the sleep industry, Beter Bed ensures that you are offered all the tools and guidance needed to develop into a true sales assistant. In addition to an extensive onboarding program, you will follow various internal sales trainings where knowledge, skills, and competencies are central. The competencies included in this are:

Effective communication
Building trust

Developing these skills makes you a true performer. The goal is to increase your success and guarantee opportunities for growth.

Who are you?

As a sales assistant, you are the key to an unforgettable customer experience. You welcome our customers with a smile and ensure they feel immediately at ease. Subsequently, you will search together with the customer for what is needed to sleep better. By listening carefully to their wishes and needs, you provide expert sleep advice that perfectly aligns with their situation. To arrive at the best advice, you make use of the Beter Slapen ID, with which you measure the very best support for the customer. You demonstrate how our products contribute to a better night's sleep. In addition to advising customers, you get a kick out of receiving another great order because the customer will then sleep better.

A good command of the Dutch language is required for this position, as you will have daily contact with customers and colleagues in Dutch.
