What you'll do
As a Facility Coordinator, you are responsible for the smooth running of all facility processes within the location. You combine coordination with a hands-on mentality and communicate continuously with internal and external parties.

- Monitoring processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing optimizations;
- Communicating planned activities to the operations team.
You work closely with a direct colleague, the front office, and technicians, and report to the Facility Manager. Depending on the subject, you are both coordinating and executing yourself — you know when to switch gears and when to roll up your sleeves.
YOUR PROFILE

- Able to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Experience with Microsoft Office and preferably facility management systems;
- Good command of the English language (working language), Dutch is a plus.
