In the position of junior consultant facility management refrigeration technology, you are co-responsible for devising and determining the nationally uniform policy and strategy regarding technical facility management, with a specialization in: refrigeration technology. Together with your colleagues, you work on the complete lifecycle of our buildings. By working closely together and managing external partners, you ensure that the vision lands well on the work floor. 

You are continuously looking for improvements and optimization of the management of technical installations and searching for trends and developments in the market. In doing so, you think out of the box and focus on smart, efficient, and sustainable solutions. You maintain close contact with the facility teams in the regions and advise them, requested and unrequested, regarding the installation, maintenance, and operation of various technical installations. Furthermore, your duties consist of: 

• Conducting research into cost savings / problem-solving of technical installations.

• Efficiently organizing the maintenance performed on the refrigeration technology.

• Performing inspection activities in our branches, which you evaluate with the relevant suppliers through supplier meetings.

• Presenting your ideas to internal departments regarding technical installations.

• Liaising with international colleagues regarding new standards in (refrigeration) technology and subsequently implementing these developments within Lidl Netherlands.
