Employment conditions

• Salary based on knowledge and work experience between €3,252 and €4,770 gross per month (FWG 45) based on 40 hours in accordance with the ZKN collective labor agreement

• An end-of-year bonus of 8.33% and holiday allowance of 8.33%

• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer with a maximum of 80 km (one way). Do you travel by public transport? Then we reimburse these costs fully

• A fixed-term contract with a view to permanent employment. Should you only be available temporarily, we still invite you to apply!

• With full-time employment, you receive 160 vacation hours and no less than 72 extra PLB hours per calendar year. The PLB hour budget has no expiration period

You will work in a modern, home-like clinic where you maintain control over the care process. Together with a close-knit team, you ensure that clients feel safe and experience the best possible care - before, during, and after their treatment.

You are responsible for pre- and postoperative care and work closely with colleagues from the nursing ward and the OR.

Your duties:

• Guiding clients and their families before and after surgery

• Providing information about treatments and aftercare

• Observing, checking, and monitoring clients after surgery

• Reporting and handing over care according to protocols

• In the long term, performing nursing consultations and on-call duties

• Actively contributing to improvements in the care process

• Collaborating on department projects and taking on individual responsibilities

As a nurse, you are an indispensable link in our clients' care experience. You guide them from admission to discharge and ensure that they feel heard, understood, and at ease.

Thanks to your professional and personal approach, you deliver not only good care but also a positive experience. Whether a client comes for an abdominal wall correction with an overnight stay or a day treatment, you ensure the same high quality and attention.

You are involved, maintain an overview, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. You sense well what clients need and respond to this actively.

What you bring:

• Nursing diploma (level 4/5) with valid BIG registration

• At least 1 year of recent experience with pre- and postoperative care in a hospital (preferred)

• Experience with HiX or similar systems (preferred)

• Willingness to follow the training to become a POK assistant (or experience in this area)

• You work in a structured manner and set priorities easily

• You are flexibly deployable for day, evening, and night shifts (Monday through Saturday)

• You are proactive and think along about improvements in care
