What we're looking for
An official diploma/proof of competence as a Radiodiagnostic Radiographer in accordance with Dutch guidelines
Extensive experience in taking X-rays and MRI scans
Languages
Good communication skills and proficiency in the Dutch language at a minimum B2 level, both orally and in writing
Good command of the Dutch language, B1 level is desired

What you'll get
Salary based on knowledge and work experience between €3,546 and €5,395 gross per month (FWG 50) based on 40 hours in accordance with the ZKN collective labor agreement
10% scarcity allowance on top of your gross monthly salary
An end-of-year bonus of 8.33% and holiday allowance of 8.33%
Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer with a maximum of 80 km (one way). Do you travel by public transport? Then we reimburse these costs fully

The role
Are you an enthusiastic Radiodiagnostic Radiographer who puts the client first and loves to collaborate in an innovative healthcare environment? Come work at our Movement focus clinic in Rijswijk, where you will independently take X-rays and actively contribute to improving care processes. What you'll do
On behalf of our doctors, you perform X-rays. You do this with passion and your expert eye. Because of your warmth and the personal attention you give him/her, the client feels like a person rather than a patient. You also share the ambition to belong to the best Movement focus clinic in the Netherlands.
Preparing examinations, checking equipment, and processing patient data
Taking high-quality X-rays
Assisting with examinations/treatments and performing protocolled examinations where interpretation of data is necessary
Monitoring and observing the client during all forms of radiological examination
You think proactively about (co-)optimizing and developing work processes and are able to switch and interpret quickly, consulting with the Medical Specialist where necessary
How you'll work
It is already possible to work with us from one day per week up to a maximum of 36 hours per week. Working days are coordinated in consultation, so that we can create a suitable schedule together
Working hours are from 07:45 to 17:15, with the additional possibility to work on certain days during the evening clinic from 10:30 to 20:00
What do you need to be successful in this role
You convey your expertise and professionalism to the clients visiting the clinic and specifically your workspace. In addition to your duties, you are also a listening ear and can empathize well with what the client is going through. Furthermore, you are proactive, flexible, accurate, and independent. Additionally, you possess:

About the company & team
This is where you will work
You will join a close-knit group of people who are there for one another and work with great pleasure. In addition to these direct colleagues, you will have a lot of contact with various colleagues at the clinics, medical specialists, and clients. The radiology team consists of 7 permanent radiographers, several on-call staff, and a Clinic and Radiology Manager. The lines are short, and in your role, you will collaborate with orthopedists and neurologists. As a team, we are warm but especially very collegial. You will become part of the rapidly growing team at our Movement Care location in Rijswijk. Here, we perform a wide diversity of orthopedic procedures in four state-of-the-art ‘Class I’ operating rooms. Thanks to the modern interior and informal culture, however, the atmosphere in the clinic is anything but sterile. We have time for the client and space: with twenty clinic rooms, forty single occupancy rooms for stays, and a physiotherapy room. For breakfast, lunch, and dinner, everyone is welcome in our excellent restaurant. And parking? That is possible in one of the more than 100 parking spaces at the door.
