The role

Are you an experienced dermatologist with a passion for cosmetic surgery and do you want to specialize in tumescent liposuction under local anesthesia? To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and driven cosmetic dermatologist; in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, specialist care to our clients. What you'll do

During OR days, as a Cosmetic Dermatologist, you will treat your clients with lipedema and cosmetic fat accumulations using tumescent liposuction while being assisted by a nurse or medical assistant. In this role, you are responsible for providing high-quality, specialist care to our clients undergoing treatment under local anesthesia. You derive energy and satisfaction from providing good guidance during the treatment and delivering high-standard care.

How you can make an impact as a Cosmetic Dermatologist

Furthermore;

You advise your clients during a consultation regarding a possible treatment for lipedema or lymphedema via tumescent liposuction under local anesthesia
You carefully maintain client files and ensure accurate registration of treatments
You work with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for our clients

Which talents and skills would we like to see?

Through your experience and calm demeanor, you know how to make our clients feel at ease and explain clearly and skillfully what is going to happen.

In addition, you bring the following:

A completed education as a dermatologist and registered specialist
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients
Willingness to invest time and energy to master the treatment
Days in consultation

About the company & team

Who and where will you work?

As a cosmetic dermatologist, you will work in a small, close-knit team within our modern clinic in Amsterdam. You will manage the consultation hours there, while performing surgical procedures in our clinic in Hilversum (Marathon 1). At this location, this form of liposuction has been successfully applied for years in two independently equipped treatment rooms.

During treatments, you will be supported by multiple (nursing) liposuction assistants. Everyone is well-coordinated and works together pleasantly; the team understands each other perfectly and senses each other's needs flawlessly during every treatment.

Our clinic in Hilversum houses multiple divisions of Bergman Clinics.
