As a Clinical Chemist at Clinical Diagnostics SCAL, you will get the chance to work in an entrepreneurial diagnostic organization where professional quality, innovation, and short decision-making lines come together. To strengthen our department, we are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Clinical Chemist who wants to contribute to high-quality diagnostics, innovation, and the further development of our organization.

As a Clinical Chemist, you will be part of the Clinical Chemistry department at Clinical Diagnostics SCAL. The department currently consists of one Clinical Chemist and is being expanded with a second colleague. This gives you the unique opportunity to actively help build the further development of clinical chemistry within our organization.

You will combine professional activities with an active role in innovation, quality, and organizational development. In doing so, you will be an important interlocutor for healthcare providers in the region and contribute to optimal diagnostic support for patient care.
 

• Providing substance to various professional aspects of laboratory diagnostics.
• Areas of focus will be divided in consultation.
• Contributing to organization-wide projects and innovations.
• Participating in day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Acting as a medical content advisor and consultant for healthcare providers, particularly within primary care.
• Contributing to the further development of our diagnostic services.
• Providing education and knowledge transfer to laboratory staff and requesters.
