What we're looking for

A completed education as an Anesthesia Technician or Anesthesia Assistant (CZO-certified).
At least 2 years of work experience as an Anesthesia Technician.
A client-oriented attitude and the ability to radiate calmness and confidence.
Willingness to work 9-hour shifts, without structural evening, night, and weekend shifts (with the exception of on-call shifts).
For on-call shifts, you can be present at the clinic within one hour.

What you'll get

Salary in accordance with FWG 55 of the ZKN collective labor agreement: €4,043 to €6,058 gross per month based on 40 hours, excluding holiday allowance and year-end bonus.
An end-of-year bonus of 8.33% and a holiday allowance of 8%.
A contract with a view to permanent employment.
160 vacation hours and 72 PLB hours per year for a full-time employment of 40 hours.
Possibility to obtain a POS certification or post-anesthesia training via Bergman Clinics.

Anesthesia Technician at Bergman Clinics in Hilversum means working in a modern OR environment where quality, personal attention, and collaboration are central. What you'll do

As an Anesthesia Technician, you are an indispensable link within the OR team. You ensure that clients feel safe and reassured and monitor their condition throughout the entire surgical process. Thanks to your expertise, calmness, and overview, surgical procedures can proceed safely and efficiently.

You guide clients before, during, and after surgery and put them at ease.
You assist the anesthesiologist according to the extended-arm principle and independently perform anesthesia-related tasks.
You connect equipment, set it up correctly, and monitor the technical readiness of the OR.
You observe, analyze, and interpret the condition of clients and intervene adequately where necessary.
You work closely with anesthesiologists, surgical assistants, day coordinators, and the OR manager to deliver optimal care.
