Within our Benchmarking and business operations team, we help organizations gain insight into their performance and development opportunities. In doing so, we use benchmarking, research, and data analysis not as an end in itself, but as a means to help organizations move forward.

Our clients want to understand why results differ, where bottlenecks arise, and which improvements are possible. This can concern workload, organizational design, costs, service delivery, steering, or change processes.

As a senior consultant, you will work on these issues for clients within municipalities, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, executive organizations, and the national government.

Your role goes explicitly beyond performing analyses. You are not a researcher standing on the sidelines. You use insights to help organizations move forward and help administrators, managers, and professionals make well-founded choices.

In practice, this means that you:

• performs research and analyses

• facilitates interviews, workshops, and working sessions

• presents results to managers, boards, and administrators

• translates insights into concrete improvement actions

• leads projects and advises clients

• identifies opportunities for new assignments

• guides junior colleagues in their development.

You are analytically strong, but you do not see analyses as a final product. You know how to translate insights into concrete improvements and can bring diverse stakeholders along with your advice.

You have:

• at least five years of relevant work experience

• a completed MSc degree

• experience as an advisor, consultant, project leader, researcher, or professional within a relevant work environment

• an excellent command of the Dutch language

• affinity with public organizations and societal issues.

We are explicitly open to candidates with diverse backgrounds. Experience within government, healthcare, education, finance, control, operations, or organizational development can be of great value.

• an attractive salary between € 5,086 - € 8,377; aligned with your knowledge and experience

• a representation allowance of € 3,000 per year
