(Senior) Associate - Financial & Regulatory Reporting

As a (Senior) Associate within our Financial & Regulatory Reporting team, you will play an essential role in supporting our clients, including asset managers and pension funds, in preparing high-quality financial and regulatory reports. From day one, you will be part of various reporting teams, allowing you to gain broad experience with diverse reporting types and client environments. You will develop a sharp eye for detail, develop your analytical skills, and, under good guidance, begin preparing financial reports yourself. You will regularly discuss your findings with the team and with clients, so that your insights contribute directly to the quality of our work. Depending on your experience, you may mentor and assess colleagues. You will help them in their professional development by providing feedback and conducting evaluation and development meetings.

In addition to your reporting activities, you will have the opportunity to participate in one of our internal research teams. You will delve into a topic that interests you, write an article based on your findings, and publish it via DM Netherlands. You can also broaden your horizons by collaborating with other service lines or performing an interim assignment at a client's location.
