Senior Consultant Governance, Risk & Compliance Services

• Gross monthly salary between € 3,965 and € 5,050 depending on your work experience, profit sharing, a fixed expense allowance, and a work-from-home allowance.

As a Senior Consultant, you are the connecting link between our clients and the team. You work on complex and socially relevant issues within both the public sector and the financial sector. You help determine the course of the project, monitor deadlines, and ensure that advice in the fields of governance, compliance, risk management, and internal audit is not only substantively strong, but also practically applicable. 

You help organizations gain control over risks and internal processes. Whether it involves setting up internal controls, performing audits, or resolving compliance issues and bottlenecks identified by regulators – you ensure that clients maintain confidence in their business operations and comply with laws and regulations. 

In addition, you are a mentor for junior colleagues: you guide them in their professional development and act as a sparring partner for substantive issues. You also contribute to growth internally, for example by co-writing proposals and further expanding your own expertise through training and knowledge sharing. In this way, you combine client-oriented work with team development and personal growth. 

• You have direct client contact and are responsible for setting out lines, monitoring progress, and providing substantive advice in the fields of governance, compliance, risk management, and internal audit. 
• You help organizations with risk management, setting up and executing internal controls, and resolving compliance issues and bottlenecks identified by regulators. 
• You support clients in complying with laws and regulations, perform internal audits, and provide strategic advice regarding these. 
• You guide and coach junior colleagues in their professional development and act as a sparring partner within the team.
