What you'll do

As a participant in the Commercial Talent Program, you will start working in one of our Sales teams. You will follow up on online inquiries and learn our work process up to the ordering of a car or commercial vehicle. Additionally, you will approach potential customers yourself, prepare quotes, and handle the follow-up. This allows you to gain experience in acquiring and managing clients ranging from SMEs to large corporate accounts.
You will also become acquainted with different aspects and areas of work within the profession. For example, through the VNA-Leasing industry training, internal (sales) training, and by working within various departments at Ayvens.

After your first introductory month, you will get to know various commercial teams. Once you have successfully completed the talent program, we will work with you to find a great position in a Sales team that suits you.

What do you bring?

Bachelor's degree, preferably in a commercial field;
Internship or work experience in a commercial role is a plus;
Team spirit;
Ambition and drive to further develop yourself;
An open mind to improve and change ways of working and processes;
Independence and problem-solving skills;
Affinity with cars and/or commercial vehicles;
Result-orientedness, entrepreneurship, and a sense of responsibility.
