• Minimum MBO level 4, preferably in Hospitality
• At least 5 years of hospitality experience

What you do as a Horeca Manager
As a Horeca Manager, you hold ultimate responsibility for the daily operations of your location. Together with the Assistant Horeca Manager and your team, you ensure that everything runs smoothly. You are visibly present on the work floor, coach employees, and ensure that guests can count on an excellent experience.
You combine operational leadership with commercial insight. You drive towards results, monitor quality, and create an environment in which employees can grow and excel.

• Monitoring financial results, budgets, and KPIs
• Hiring, guiding, and developing employees
• Coaching supervisors and team members on performance and development
• Creating an excellent guest experience
• Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety guidelines
