• At least 3 years of catering experience, including 2 years in a leadership role

You make it happen: your role as Assistant Horeca Manager
From the first cappuccino to the last order: you hold the reins firmly. You know exactly what is needed to keep the location running smoothly, even during peak hours. You inspire colleagues, adjust where necessary, and ensure that every guest experiences the warm Italian hospitality of Zero Zero.

• Conducting interviews and guiding new team members
• Motivating the team so that every shift runs with energy and enjoyment
• Supervising HACCP rules, safety standards, and procedures
• Identifying opportunities to make work processes smarter, faster, or more fun
• Sparring with the Horeca Manager about figures, results, and tomorrow's course

What else you need to know
Because you will be working at Schiphol, you need an airport pass. We will arrange this for you. To be eligible for this, you must have been registered with a Dutch municipality continuously for the past eight years. After your application, a security screening of approximately four weeks will follow. After that, you can start working.
