Horeca Staff Zero Zero

Because you will be working at Schiphol, you need an airport pass. We will arrange this for you, but to be eligible, you must have been continuously registered with a Dutch municipality for the past eight years. After your application, a security screening follows which takes approximately four weeks. After that, you can get started.

For the opening of our new Zero Zero location at Schiphol, we are bringing the flavors of Italy to one of the most dynamic places in the Netherlands. While the airport buzzes with travelers from all corners of the globe, we fill the space with the scent of freshly baked bread, pure Italian ingredients, and warm hospitality.

Zero Zero is known for authentic sandwiches prepared with care, attention, and Italian inspiration. Fine cheeses, fresh vegetables, artisanal meats, and a generous dose of love for flavor—that is what our sandwiches stand for. Every sandwich you serve takes guests away, if only for a moment, to the sun-drenched streets of Italy. A short break, a small moment of peace, a mini-vacation... right in the middle of Schiphol.

Who are you?

Do you already have experience in hospitality, service, kitchen, catering, or perhaps retail? Then that is a great advantage. The most important thing is that you bring your enthusiasm and love to roll up your sleeves. Furthermore, you are:

• Available at least 30 hours per week
• Flexible; so sometimes also an early start at 06:00 AM
• Motivated to develop yourself in hospitality

What do you get as Horeca Staff?

At HMSHost, there is an eye for service and for you. You will develop your hospitality skills on-the-job, and you can follow a hospitality training course ourselves which we will pay for. Ambition to take on more responsibility? Then you can grow into a Team Trainer or Horeca Supervisor. Additionally, you receive:

• Salary up to €2,468 per month (from age 20 and based on 38 hours)
• 8% holiday allowance and an annual bonus of one week's salary
• Up to €17.60 travel allowance per day
• An extra night shift allowance of 50%
