You will strengthen Athora Netherlands as a Value Chain Manager within Process Excellence. · You translate strategic objectives into manageable value streams, KPI structures, improvement cycles, and change programs.
· You develop an integral performance framework with KPIs, SLAs, process indicators, benefit tracking, customer indicators, and quality measurements.
· You analyze process performance, customer feedback, operational signals, risk indicators, and process fallout, and advise management and the board on priorities.
· You lead structural improvement programs using Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, value stream mapping, root cause analyses, Kaizen, Obeya, and visual management.
· You translate improvement initiatives into business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans, and manage realization and safeguarding within the line organization.

· You translate chain improvements within the SAFe governance into epics, capabilities, and features, and break through impasses to realize measurable results.
· You have a HBO+/WO (Bachelor/Master) working and thinking level.
· You have at least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience within Operational Excellence, Process Management, Business Improvement, or Consulting.
· You have demonstrable experience with end-to-end process and chain management within complex organizations.
· You are a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with the ambition to grow, or Black Belt certified.
· You have experience with Lean, Agile, BPM, and continuous improvement.
· You have demonstrable experience with organization-wide transformations and change programs.
· You have experience with data-driven performance management and KPI development.
· You possess strong stakeholder management skills at operational, tactical, and strategic levels.
· Experience within pension, insurance, or financial services is a strong plus.
· You combine systems thinking, analytical ability, and the power to drive change with organizational sensitivity and leadership without hierarchy.
