As a Planner at Allinq, you ensure oversight in the dynamic environment of new construction by ensuring that the information in our internal systems provides a good picture of the status and progress of construction projects, so that we can realize our installation of networks and connections in a timely manner.
As a Planner for the VodafoneZiggo New Construction department, you are the pivot between customers, contractors, project leaders, and technicians. You ensure that fiber-optic and coax projects are scheduled efficiently and on time. In this role, you deal with municipalities, provinces, regulators, and property developers. You maintain oversight, anticipate bottlenecks, and act quickly to prevent delays.
A further glimpse into your activities includes:
Planning and coordinating fiber-optic and Coax activities for new construction projects.
Coordinating with contractors, technicians, and internal departments regarding activities and availability.
Proactively chasing and keeping up-to-date the schedules of new construction projects.
Monitoring (external) information systems and data sources in which the progress of construction and utility installation can be consulted.
Identifying bottlenecks in the installation planning and proactively proposing solutions.
Maintaining professional communication with customers, applicants, builders, and stakeholders.
