QC Analyst A at Abbott Weesp

• Minimum MBO level 4 education in a technical field, preferably laboratory technology.

• 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience OR an HBO (higher professional education) degree with minimal work experience

We are looking for a QC Analyst A at Abbott Weesp!

In compliance with all internal and external EHS&E and GMP regulations, the QC Analyst A ensures the timely release of incoming goods and products for production and QC laboratories by performing and reporting analyses.

In compliance with specifications (quality requirements and processability), performing and reporting analyses of products for the timely release of the product.

1. Performing analyses

• Analyzing the quality of incoming goods, products, and the production environment through physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses.

• Working according to prescribed procedures.

• Updating statuses in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and laboratory information systems.

1. Investigating and handling deviations

• Investigating, handling, documenting, and implementing CAPAs, changes, and non-conformities.

• Reporting non-conformities immediately to the QC Supervisor.

1. Validations and reporting

• Supporting validations and activities for the purpose of audit readiness.

• Preparing ad hoc and standard reports.

• Preparing validation documents for working methods and equipment.

1. Laboratory management

• Ensuring daily maintenance of laboratory and work equipment in compliance with the 5S/6S principle.

• Co-responsible for inventory management.

1. Audits and inspections

• Supporting audits and inspections.
