Salary: Up to max. €6992.

As team leader of our accountancy team in Leeuwarden, you will lead a team of assistant accountants and advisors. You create an environment in which colleagues can develop, take ownership, and bring out the best in themselves.
You are visibly present at our Leeuwarden locations and know what is happening within the team. You coach employees in their professional and personal development, stimulate knowledge sharing, and ensure strong collaboration. Additionally, you are a sparring partner for the Director of Accountancy & Advisory and help translate the regional course into daily practice.
