• Salary: between € 2,676 and € 4,460 on a full-time basis, depending on your experience.

• Preparing tax returns, annual accounts, and interim figures.

• Advising on diverse administrative and financial issues for clients.

• Reviewing, preparing, and discussing reports with senior colleagues and clients.

• Identifying opportunities for improvement within customers' administrative and automation processes.

Daily, you will email or call our SME clients in the healthcare sector and high-tech manufacturing industry. Additionally, you will visit them once a month or once a quarter, depending on what your client wants and needs. Piece by piece, entrepreneurs are happy with the insights you offer. Based on these, they have a sharp view of their invoicing, can make financial adjustments, and improve business operations.

You stand close to your clients and will soon notice that they approach you with more questions. For example, regarding tax-related and legal aspects or payroll administration. You take these questions internally. For instance, you discuss them with a client manager who then involves the right colleagues, such as a tax advisor or a legal expert. Seeing the opportunities for multidisciplinary collaboration makes your role interesting and valuable. Naturally, we will guide you through this process; as you go, you will be able to handle your clients with increasing independence.
