• Salary: between € 3,107 and € 5,179 on a full-time basis, depending on your experience.

• Freedom of choice in leave: you determine how many days off you take, up to 38 per year. Choose from regular leave, the aaff budget, or extra days via your salary. Anything you do not use from the aaff budget, we will pay out.

What will you do as a payroll professional with international knowledge at aaff in Naaldwijk?

As a payroll professional with international knowledge at aaff, you will get the opportunity to make an important contribution to the payroll administration of our clients, both nationally and internationally. You make payroll processing simple and valuable. We have a wide range of clients, such as (family) businesses, SMEs, agricultural enterprises, and non-profit organizations. You help entrepreneurs with sick leave notifications, pension funds, and wage tax. Additionally, you provide strategic advice and offer smart solutions to truly move clients forward. You work closely with a tight-knit, enthusiastic team of colleagues. As a payroll advisor, you are often the client's first point of contact.

Your international expertise is demonstrated in supporting foreign employers when setting up payroll administration in the Netherlands. You guide employers in assessing Dutch wage tax liability and social security and advise them on schemes such as the 30% ruling and the 183-day rule. Additionally, you help employers with the setup of payroll administration abroad in collaboration with our network. Because you deal with international clients and partners, excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written, is necessary.

• Payroll processing, personnel administration, and advice.
