• Salary: for this position, a salary between € 4,904 and € 8,174 gross per month applies, depending on your knowledge and experience.

• Freedom of choice in leave: you determine how many days off you take, up to 38 per year. Choose from regular leave, the aaff budget, or extra days via your salary. Anything you do not use from the aaff budget, we will pay out.

As Audit Manager at aaff, you will get the opportunity to form a team, further expand the client portfolio, and together with colleagues, establish a strong audit practice in the region. You will lead the team and coach your team members in an inspiring manner. You are responsible for the budget for all assignments in your portfolio. Additionally, you are in constant contact with the senior accountant and the client, ensuring seamless cooperation. Where necessary, you step in so that your team can get the 'job' done together with you.

• You are responsible for a technically sound file.

• You are responsible for the planning and realization of an audit within the set timeframes.

• You lead the junior accountants and junior managers.

• You regularly discuss the progress of assignments with clients, ensure accurate controls, and advise on financial strategies.
