Pleasant to meet you, we are aaff. The new name in accountancy and advisory, with over 180 years of experience. With us:
Will you become our accountancy intern Agri & Food starting February 2027?
What are you going to do as an accountancy intern Agri & Food in IJsselstein?
Numerous challenges await you during your graduation internship. For example, you will work on a project of your own choosing. The goal of this project is to create a product that can further assist our organization. Think, among other things, of process optimization or creating insights. While writing your thesis, you will receive professional guidance from a buddy whom you can always turn to for advice.
Alongside your graduation assignment, you will work together with the team for our clients from day 1. These are start-ups, family businesses, and established enterprises. Naturally, you will be given responsibility and room for your own initiative. Your development is central during this period.
You are not just an intern, but a potential co-owner. As soon as you join us in permanent employment, you can invest and share in our profits every year.
You are doing an internship at a B Corp, a company that cares about people and a sustainable future.
Experience how you can make a difference for our clients.
Helping build reliable figures for clients, from administration and tax returns to annual accounts and interim figures.
Processing administrations using scanning technology.
Supporting the preparation of advice and the drafting of analysis reports.
Collaborating on interesting and challenging assignments within the compilation practice.
At aaff, you do not work on an island. Within our open, informal culture, you will collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines and become actively involved in client contact and advisory meetings. This way, you directly experience how you can contribute in practice. And you will feel the space to ask questions.
Future opportunities: if it suits both sides? Then there is often a prospect of a permanent job and co-ownership. Over 65% of our interns join us as employees after their internship. Furthermore, you can count on:
💶 Internship allowance: € 900 per month.
💡 Challenging work: beautiful projects, substantive depth, and a lot of independence.
🏡 Hybrid working: possibility to work from home.
🕒 Flexibility: working hours in consultation, fitting your week.
🎓 Space for study: time and support for school assignments.
💻 Laptop from aaff.
🎉 Socializing: team outings and moments where we come together for a snack and a drink.
Knowledge and experience: you are following a HBO bachelor's degree in Accountancy or another relevant study, such as Business Economics or Finance & Control, and have an affinity with the agricultural sector.
Skills and abilities: you have strong social skills, can plan well, communicate, and work independently.
Mentality: you work accurately, are eager to learn, and have a proactive attitude.
Do you want to make a difference and further develop yourself within our assembly practice Agri & Food? We would love to get to know you.
