Quality Assurance Engineer

• BSc / MSc / BEng in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or similar

• At least 5 years of experience in an industrial / manufacturing environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with quality systems (EN9100 is a strong plus)

• Affinity with composites, aerospace or high-tech production is an advantage

• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset

• Proficiency in English and/or Dutch

• A one-year contract (32-40 hours) with prospect to permanent employment

Ready to drive quality improvements in a high-tech composite aerospace environment? As a Quality Assurance Engineer at KVE, you will strengthen and improve our processes across design, development and production.

We are growing - and are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer who is passionate about improving processes, ensuring product quality, and strengthening our quality systems in a high-tech environment. In this role, you will work across the full lifecycle - from development to production - ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest aerospace standards. You will play a key role in:

• Support Engineering and Production in all quality-related aspects

• Ensure quality is embedded from design through manufacturing and testing

• Contribute to robust and repeatable production processes

• Lead investigation of non-conformities and production issues

• Perform root cause analysis and define corrective actions

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments

• Develop, implement and improve internal quality procedures

• Maintain and support the EN9100 quality management system

• Ensure processes are clearly defined and followed

• Work closely with Engineering, Production and Supply Chain

• Act as a bridge between disciplines to improve overall quality

• Support internal and external audits
