As System Integration Lead, you are responsible for designing, coordinating, and monitoring integration solutions within our organization. You connect various applications, platforms, and technical systems and ensure that they work together reliably.

You work together with business stakeholders, project managers, enterprise architects, and technical teams. Together, you translate integration issues into solutions that fit within our architecture and align with the needs of the organization.

You are given the space to think along about integration architecture, standards, and new technologies. In doing so, you work continuously on improving our integration processes and making our IT landscape future-proof.

In this role

• You design, develop, and implement integration solutions for various applications and platforms.
• You develop and monitor integration architecture, standards, methods, and best practices.
• You map out integration needs and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
• You coordinate the entire integration lifecycle, from analysis and design to development, testing, implementation, and management.
• You monitor the consistency, security, reliability, and performance of data within integrated systems.
• You coordinate external vendors and implementation partners involved in integration issues.
• You identify risks, dependencies, and technical challenges and work on appropriate solutions.
• You set up monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management for integrated environments.
• You identify opportunities for improvement and optimize integration processes, tools, and technologies.
• You ensure that integration solutions align with internal guidelines, security standards, and relevant regulations.
• You provide technical and functional direction to integration specialists and development teams.
