The role
_
As Buying Manager Menswear Tailoring & Woven, you combine your passion for product with commercial expertise and operational leadership. You hold ultimate responsibility for our Suits collection and, in addition, coordinate and support the Buyers within our Tailoring & Woven categories.
With your in-depth knowledge of tailoring, you know exactly what distinguishes a good suit. From fabric choice and construction to fit, finishing, and pricing: you translate your product knowledge and market insights into a contemporary, high-quality, and commercially successful collection.
Additionally, you are the operational point of contact for the Buyers within Tailoring & Woven, including Shirts, Accessories, and Outerwear. You provide direction, help set priorities, and support colleagues in making the right product-related and commercial choices. With your hands-on mentality, you bring structure, stimulate collaboration, and ensure cohesion between the different categories.
You work closely with Design and Merchandising to establish a consistent and commercially strong collection. You also build sustainable relationships with suppliers, negotiate the best terms, and safeguard our quality and CSR standards throughout the entire procurement process.
In this role, you report directly to the Director Menswear.
