Business Continuity Manager

As a Business Continuity Specialist, you will strengthen VodafoneZiggo's resilience against cyber threats, incidents, and other disruptions. You are a strategic partner for leadership and help the organization to act prepared, decisive, and recovery-oriented when it matters most. You develop and improve the business continuity and crisis management approach. You map out organization-wide risks and dependencies, determine the right priorities together with stakeholders, and translate these into workable continuity plans. You also design and guide Business Impact Analyses, crisis simulations, and evaluations, ensuring that plans are not just on paper, but demonstrably work in practice. You work closely with, among others, Cyber Security, Technology, Customer Operations, and Corporate Affairs. In doing so, you challenge stakeholders, provide clear advice at strategic and tactical levels, and drive structural improvements.
