As a Business Consultant, you help bring those insights to the surface and translate them into concrete improvements.

You are close to the customer and close to our platform. You analyze, ask sharp questions, and help teams at the customer and within Ockto to make better choices. In this way, you contribute directly to customer value, innovative product development, and successful implementations.

As a Business Consultant, you work on customer trajectories from initial analysis to implementation and further development. Your role is substantive, connecting, and learning-oriented.

Concretely, this means you:

• Perform customer analyses to make processes, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities transparent.

• Think along about how Ockto's platform and services can better align with customer needs.

• Be part of Discovery trajectories and implementation projects at customers.

• Translate customer information into clear insights for our value stream teams and short- and long-term added value for all our customers.

• Prepare workshops, training sessions, and analyses and share these with customers and partners.

• Collaborate on setting up and improving documentation, use cases, and best practices.

You learn how complex customer questions are translated into scalable solutions, and you grow step by step in your role and contribution as an advisor.

You are analytical, curious, and enjoy making complex issues understandable.

Experience with consultancy, SaaS, or implementation projects is a plus, but not a requirement.
