Lead Electrical Engineer Schiphol

As Lead Electrical Engineer - Schiphol, you will lead the design process for projects at Schiphol and manage engineers and BIM modelers. You translate client requirements into integrated technical designs and monitor multidisciplinary cohesion. You set up the design planning, work agilely, and keep the scrum board up to date. You ensure the quality of calculations, drawings, and BIM models within the Schiphol environment and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.

• Leading engineers and BIM modelers with technical oversight of their work at Schiphol

• Setting up and monitoring design planning and agile processes, including the scrum board, for Schiphol projects

• Translating client requirements into technical designs according to standards and contractual requirements

• Organizing and verifying calculations, drawings, and BIM models within the Schiphol environment

• Monitoring multidisciplinary cohesion for a cost-efficient design

• Consulting with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders regarding design aspects at Schiphol

• Managing documentation with version control and consistency

• Reporting on progress, deviations, and bottlenecks to management

• Developing concepts for further elaboration within the team

• €5,750 - €6,930 gross per month based on full-time

• Electric lease car for business and private use
