The challenge

As Electrical Installation Manager (IV) at Hitachi Energy Netherlands, you oversee the execution of maintenance work, monitor compliance with SLA agreements, and ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the applicable safety and quality standards. In addition, you are responsible for switching off high- and medium-voltage systems.

You are the technical pivot between customers, maintenance teams, contractors, and the back-office organization, and you make an important contribution to the availability and performance of our installations.

How you make an impact

  • Supporting the SLA Project Manager in ensuring the technical quality and compliance of work on-site.

  • Supervising compliance with safety, environmental, and quality guidelines.

  • Directing and guiding maintenance teams and external contractors on-site.

  • Monitoring execution according to SLA agreements and technical requirements.

  • Recording and reporting performed work.

  • Advising the SLA Project Manager on cost control and optimization opportunities.

  • Supporting maintenance engineering with technical issues and compliance.

  • Managing and updating maintenance documentation and reports.

  • Acting as a point of contact for customers during daily activities on-site.

  • Registering, following up, and handling quality issues via systems such as CCRP, NCR, and similar tools.

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and operational performance.

Your profile

  • MBO-4 or HBO education in Electrical Engineering or Energy Technology.

  • Demonstrable experience as a Maintenance Coordinator, Electrical Installation Supervisor, or similar position within energy or network infrastructure.

  • Sound knowledge of maintenance processes, fault analysis, and technical compliance.

  • Knowledge of and experience with NEN 3140 and NEN 3840.

  • Experience in directing technicians, maintenance teams, and external contractors.

  • Strong focus on safety, quality, and process improvement.

  • Administratively accurate and accustomed to working with maintenance documentation and reports.

  • Strong communication skills towards customers, colleagues, and suppliers.

  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
