As a Work Preparer / Project Leader at Installatie Techniek Raalte, you will get the freedom and responsibility to guide your projects from A to Z yourself. You prepare the project, ensure that materials and people are available at the right time, maintain contact with clients and suppliers, support the execution, and monitor the planning, quality, and progress throughout the entire process. You remain involved up to and including the final delivery.

Precisely because you oversee the full project, this is not a narrow work preparation role. We are looking for someone with broad knowledge and expertise, who is strong both technically and organizationally and enjoys taking responsibility.

Installatie Techniek Raalte specializes in mechanical engineering installations, climate installations, and management & maintenance. We realize sustainable and innovative solutions for both private and business clients. You are involved from A to Z in your installation projects and maintain control throughout the entire process yourself. You prepare, plan, coordinate, guide the execution, and remain involved up to and including successful delivery. This requires broad technical knowledge, organizational insight, and the ability to switch quickly between different tasks and parties.

· Preparing installation projects.

· Drafting and monitoring project schedules.

· Purchasing and ordering materials.

· Coordinating with colleagues, suppliers, and clients.

· Supporting technicians during execution.

· Monitoring the progress and quality of projects.

· Identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions.

· Managing project administration.

· Contributing to a successful delivery of projects.

From the initial preparation to the moment the project is delivered: you maintain the overview and ensure that all parts come together. In doing so, you are truly the owner of your project.

You are organized, strong in communication, and love to maintain an overview. You think ahead, work in a structured manner, and feel responsible for the complete project.
