Installation Technical Work Preparer in the Netherlands

At HIG Building Solutions, you work on technology that you encounter everywhere: from schools to luxury villas and utility buildings. We primarily focus on the design and installation of electrotechnical installations, data infrastructure, and systems such as access control and fire alarm systems. Together, we work on projects, from large to small. A small part of our work consists of Service and maintenance.

Projects are varied: sometimes a week, sometimes a year or longer. You work in fixed teams on data or electricity, with about 15 colleagues inside and 40 outside. The atmosphere is down-to-earth and personal: just act normally and help each other.

You are given the trust to make your own choices, but you are never alone. Does something go wrong? Then we solve it together. Real growth is possible here, with training and clear career paths. • As a Work Preparer, you prepare highly varied projects technically and organizationally

• You work on electrotechnics, data, and security installations

• Location is Bodegraven or Heerhugowaard

• You coordinate daily with project managers, technicians, customers, and suppliers

• You manage planning, materials, and project administration

• You monitor progress, quality, and safety

• You are the link between the office and the field

• 12-month contract with a view to a permanent position

• Choice to work 32, 36, or 40 hours

• 25 vacation days + 13 ADV days (full-time) + pension via PMT

• MBO or HBO work and thinking level in a technical field

• Knowledge of electrotechnical or building-related installations

• You work in a structured manner and maintain an overview

• You communicate clearly and speak your mind

• You take responsibility and think ahead

• Experience with Syntess is a plus
