The role

Every day you will be out on the road to perform maintenance and resolve faults at people's homes on their central heating boilers, combi boilers, heat pumps, heat recovery units, or ventilation systems. You will mostly work independently, and on your iPad, you can see daily where you are going for maintenance or a fault. Upon arriving at a customer's home, you must first detect and analyze the fault, after which it is skillfully resolved by you. You do this thoroughly and accurately and in accordance with our high quality standards. After you have provided the customer with an explanation of the fault, you head out again to the next address.
