Work Preparer - HVAC Technology

We are looking for a work preparer for our projects department. Do you have experience in a similar role, or are you currently working as a technician and ready for the next step into the office? Then this vacancy could be interesting for you!

First, let us introduce ourselves briefly. We, Klaver Klimaattechniek, provide sustainable climate solutions from advice and design to installation and service or maintenance of systems. As climate specialists, we want to be the best in our field. Our team therefore puts their shoulders to the wheel every single day to get the job done, both independently and as part of a team. Due to diverse clients, projects, and technologies, no two days are the same with us! Our projects are primarily in Noord-Holland. Our clients include schools and healthcare institutions, but also NS and Action.

In the role of work preparer, you ensure that our projects are well-prepared and that we can get to work promptly. In broad terms, you will mainly be busy with:

• Preparing utility projects and recording project data

• Planning and directing technicians

• Ordering materials and calling up orders

• Proactively collaborating with the project leader and the sales department

• Maintaining contacts with suppliers, clients, and technicians

• Attending meetings and visiting projects

• Ensuring correct, complete, and timely administration of the work performed

We would like to see the following in your profile:

• Completed education in Installation Technology or Mechanical Engineering MBO 2 or higher

• VCA certificate or willingness to obtain it, and a Category B driver's license

• Experience with utility projects

• Proficiency of the Dutch language, both spoken and written

• It would be great if you always know how to maintain an overview, are solution-oriented, and have knowledge of materials
