As a service technician, your day begins at home, where your fully equipped service van is already waiting for you. The night courier has neatly laid out all the parts, so you can hit the road immediately. Through our planning, you will visit 7 to 8 customers per day. You will perform repairs on household appliances such as washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers, depending on your specialization.

Sometimes the work requires physical strength. Think of moving or tilting a washing machine or a refrigerator. Additionally, you know how an appliance works on the inside and can quickly troubleshoot and solve problems, from simple malfunctions to more complex technical questions.

Our handy service app helps you step by step: from problem to administration. This leaves you with time for what you are good at: technology and customer advice. You prefer to visit the customer only once. Therefore, you also provide tips on maintenance products, accessories, or service contracts. As a service technician, you ensure a sustainable solution and deliver just that little bit of extra service with every visit.
