The role
For this role, we are looking for a Service Engineer Building Automation who gets energy from maintaining and optimizing complex technical installations. You enjoy being on the road, seizing challenges, and derive satisfaction from troubleshooting faults, advising customers, and improving systems. With your knowledge of HVAC and control technology, you ensure that installations function optimally and continue to run in an energy-efficient manner.
What you'll do
As a Service Engineer, you are responsible for the service, maintenance, and fault repair of building management systems and control technology installations. You work both independently on-site and together with colleagues to solve technical challenges.
Specifically, your work includes:
Troubleshooting faults in control technology systems, both remotely and on-site;
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance;
Advising customers on the optimization of installations;
Preparing clear technical reports;
Contributing to maintenance contracts and sustainable customer relationships;
Identifying areas for improvement and actively thinking along about innovative solutions.
