As a Revit Drafter at Installatie Techniek Raalte, you will work on diverse mechanical engineering installation projects. Using Revit, you will develop technical designs into clear and usable models and drawings. In doing so, you look beyond just what is happening on your screen: you understand what needs to be built and installed on-site and take this into account in your drafting work.

You work closely with work preparers, project leaders, and technicians. In this way, you ensure that technology, design, and execution align well.

As a Revit Drafter, you ensure that technical ideas and designs are translated into clear 3D models and drawings that your colleagues can use to move forward.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

· Modeling and developing mechanical engineering installations in Revit;

· Creating and adjusting technical drawings and 3D models;

· Processing technical changes in existing models;

· Checking whether installations fit technically within the design;

· Identifying potential bottlenecks and discussing these with colleagues;

· Coordinating drawings and models with work preparers and project leaders;

· Processing information from the field into drawings and models;

· Ensuring that drawings and models are current, complete, and usable for execution.

So you are not just busy drawing. You think along technically and ensure that what is designed digitally can actually be executed properly later on.
