Installation Manager (MT Member)

As Installation Manager, you will lead the Installation business unit and be responsible for the quality, progress, and yield of diverse installation projects within retail. You create structure, develop employees, and ensure that the organization is ready for further growth.

• Leading the refrigeration and climate technology installation division (approximately 32 FTE).

• Coaching, developing, and inspiring project leaders, work planners, and other employees.

• Steering on quality, planning, safety, yield, and customer satisfaction.

• Optimizing and further professionalizing processes and working methods.

• Developing and implementing organizational and personnel policies.

• Monitoring project results and financial performance.

• Identifying market developments, innovations, and commercial opportunities.

• Actively contributing to the strategic course as a member of the Management Team.

• Collaborating with other disciplines to further grow Frimex.
