The role

Alwako in Valkenswaard has almost 50 years of experience in installation technology and sanitation, for both the business and private markets. With a close-knit team, we work daily on high-quality new construction, renovation, and installation projects.

Due to the growth of our installation company, we are looking for a Lead Technician. In this role, you are responsible for the professional installation and coordination of various mechanical installations, including sanitary, heating, and cooling technology.

What you'll do

As a lead technician, you will work on the installation of, among other things, sanitary, heating, and cooling technology for new construction projects in the Eindhoven - Deurne - Helmond region. You are the technical point of contact on-site and, together with your team, ensure efficient execution and high-quality project delivery.

Your duties include, among other things:
• Installing sustainable climate installations;
• Directing and supervising (assistant) technicians;
• Coordinating activities with supervisors and subcontractors within the project team;
• Purchasing small materials and monitoring the progress and quality of the project.

What do you bring?

You possess sound knowledge of mechanical installations. Preferably, you have leadership experience, for example in the role of head technician, or you are ready to take this step.

Because you will be out on the road in a company van, you hold a Category B driver's license. Additionally, you have a valid VCA certificate or are willing to obtain this through us (of course at our expense).

As a person, you are a true team player with a natural way of leading. You work daily with a team of enthusiastic colleagues and possess a good command of the Dutch language, ensuring smooth communication on the work floor.
