Junior Work Preparer / 3D Drafter

As a Junior Work Preparer / 3D Drafter, you will work on the technical preparation of mechanical installations within our residential construction projects. You will learn how to technically elaborate, draw, and model installations, and how to ensure that everything is well-prepared for execution.

You will work closely with experienced work preparers, drafters, technicians, and other colleagues. Step by step, you will receive more and more responsibility and develop yourself into an independent work preparer and 3D drafter.

Do you not yet have experience with Revit or AutoCAD? No problem. You don't need to know everything already with us. We find it especially important that you are enthusiastic and eager to learn.

• Drawing and modeling mechanical installations in 2D and 3D;

• Assisting in the technical preparation of residential construction projects;

• Elaborating and adjusting technical drawings;

• Preparing and maintaining schedules and material lists;

• Providing sparing tasks;

• Coordinating with colleagues, suppliers, and other involved parties;

• Supporting the work preparers with daily activities;

• Regularly visiting projects to see how the installations are realized in practice.

For this entry-level position, you do not need to have years of work experience. We are primarily looking for someone who is technically interested, works accurately, and wants to develop themselves.

In any case, you bring the following:

• You are following an MBO or HBO education in installation technology, mechanical engineering or a similar technical education, or have recently completed it;

• You have an interest in mechanical installations;

• You enjoy elaborating technical problems and want to learn to work with 2D and 3D drawing programs;

• You work accurately and organized;

• You can collaborate well and enjoy communicating with different colleagues and disciplines;

• You are enthusiastic, eager to learn, and open to feedback;

• You have the ambition to further develop yourself both technically and personally.

Does your education not align perfectly, but do you have an affinity with mechanical installations and a strong motivation to learn the trade? Even then, we would like to meet you.

At Sankomij, you do not yet need to be an experienced work preparer or drafter. We are primarily looking for someone with the right attitude, technical interest, and the ambition to develop. We will teach you the rest in practice.
