Estimator/Designer Installation Technology

At the Van Dam Groep, we work on challenging projects, such as the new construction of office buildings, sustainable homes and apartments, theaters, swimming pools, or the transformation or sustainability improvement of an existing building. In this independent role, you are (co-)responsible for the realization of our designs and pricing. You create technical designs, calculate the necessary materials and resources, and request quotes for these. You calculate the final cost price of the chosen installation technology and the plumbing within a project.

You base your calculations on the available documents such as specifications, work descriptions, or PVE. However, with many projects, we are already involved from the concept phase, meaning that as an estimator / designer, you think along with the installation concepts to be chosen and the associated pricing. Like no one else, you know what is needed in terms of materials, resources, and time to realize these projects successfully.
