Support our design office and work on sustainable installations
At Kemtec, we work with over 50 enthusiastic colleagues on medium and large utility projects (up to 15 million euros) in Noord-Brabant and Limburg. We specialize in HVAC and GAWALO installations and have realized, among other things, sustainable solutions for the Koning Willem II College in Tilburg.
Are you technically strong, do you enjoy working accurately, and do you like being involved in various installation projects? Then we have a great position for you in our design office. As a Modeler/ Work Preparer , you will work on the design and preparation of diverse installations. From developing drawings to ordering materials: you ensure that projects are technically well-prepared and can be executed smoothly.
As a Modeler/ Work Preparer, you will work in our design office, where installations are designed and prepared. You will receive assignments and instructions from project leaders and work these out independently or in consultation with colleagues.
You are involved in the project from design to execution. You have regular contact with project leaders, colleagues in the design office, technicians, and suppliers. Because you work on multiple projects simultaneously, no two days are the same. One time you might be working on a large project, while in between you also prepare a smaller assignment.
We believe it is important that you don't just work behind your desk, but are also regularly present on the construction site. There, you will see in practice how your preparation and drawing work actually come to fruition.
