As an allround technician, you are the primary point of contact for various tasks in and around the home. One time you are installing new sanitary ware, the next you are locating a leak or maintaining a central heating system. With your broad technical knowledge and practical approach, you ensure that everything functions safely and as desired.

• Installing and maintaining central heating installations and heating systems, such as installing a new boiler or bleeding radiators

• Installing or replacing sanitary ware, such as showers, toilets, washbasins, or baths

• Locating and repairing leaks in taps, pipes, or drains

• Installing or relocating water pipes, for example during a kitchen or bathroom renovation

• Repairing or replacing gutters and downspouts (including work on flat roofs such as bitumen or zinc work)

• Installing outdoor taps or washing machine connections
