The role
As a flexmanager within Partou, you will perform the role of location manager on a project basis. You will replace your fellow location managers during (long-term) illness, maternity leave, or when there is a vacancy. You will then be temporarily responsible for one or more locations until a permanent location manager takes over the baton from you again. A versatile, varied role, in which we rely on your flexible attitude.

As a flexmanager for the Amsterdam region, you will report to one of the Operational Managers within the region. You will work closely with the regional management team, with the shared goal that all locations in the region run smoothly. You will work primarily in Amsterdam, but it is possible to also be deployed in the region around Amsterdam. Your most important role in this is managing locations where there is temporarily no location manager. An enthusiastic team is ready for you in this region to support and guide you in your activities.
